Meeting Minutes February 13, 2023 

Attended: Andrew Winter, Chase Favalon, Mark Winrod, Paula Winrod, Dave & Linda  Drogell, Tina Bundy, Ariel Bundy, Jason Popiel, & April Percy 

Meeting called to order: 7:06 p.m. 

Meeting Minutes for January 9, 2023: Reviewed, approved 

Financial Report:  

* Financial Statement of Activity by Class from July 1, 2022 – February 13, 2023 was   Provided, approved 

Music Director’s Report: 

* Indoor Percussion off to a good start, Jason Popiel’s brother-in-law is driving truck,   Dobber Tackett also approved as new driver 

* Upcoming performances: 8th Grade Honors Band, March 2 H.S. Band Concert, March   8 7th & 8th Grade Band & Choir Concert, Arts Expo 

* Golf Cart battery not charging, Mr. Winter taking to a guy in Wooster to look at and   quote repair 

Fundraisers: 

* Wrapping up Basketball Concessions, getting ready for Spring Musical Concessions * Students selling Malley’s candy bars, 100% of net profit from each case goes into   student’s trip account except for Indoor Percussion students, in which case the 1st box   sold gets earmarked for Indoor, additional boxes are credited to student trip accounts   since Tyler chose to use this sale as his Indoor Percussion fundraiser as well. 

Old Business: 

* License/sticker renewal for CMA Truck and Trailer have been renewed  

New Business: 

* Waiting on contract for Medina County Fair to reserve space for Grandstand   Concessions – will likely receive in April 

* Mr. Winter and Tina Bundy presented fundraiser info. for memory pillows, plush, etc.   using old uniforms, no full uniform sales, no specific uniform requests 

*Mr. Winter made a motion for the CMA to contribute approx. $1,000 to the 8th Grade   and Jazz Band’s upcoming trip to Cedar Point to keep student costs at an even $100,   motion 2nd, voted upon and carried
