Financial Report:
* Financial Statement of Activity by Class from June 1, - August 15, 2022 was Provided
* Motion to approve made by Tina Bundy, seconded by Paula Winrod; motion carried
Music Director’s Report:
* Marching Bank invited to play at a CAVS game – discussed weekend or weeknight, November date? Tickets approx.. $30/person
* Discussed Cheese & Sausage Fundraiser, post-pay, 45% into kids’ accounts * Asked about possible Tag Sale
* Motion to pay William “Billy” Brooks as percussion helper, seconded by Mark Winrod, motion carried
Fundraisers:
* Discussed Cavalcade, possible Cheese & Sausage Fundraiser, possible Tag Sale
Old Business:
* Medina County Fair Concessions successful – thanks to volunteers – need to purchase Hawker Totes to carry beverages before next year’s Fair?
* Cavalcade scheduled for September 10, 2022
* CMA Vice President position still needs to be filled
New Business:
* First Football Game is 8/19/22 vs Buckeye / First Home Game is 8/26/22, debut new uniforms at first game or first HOME game? Tina Bundy suggested we wait until first HOME game as Buckeye Field is grass and some work/adjustments to uniforms is still needed
* CMA Term Positions that expire 12/31/22: President & Secretary
