Financial Report:
- Reviewed finance report: motion to approve Louise Reed, seconded Carmen Ethington; motion carried
- $31, 998.91 total in bank; Cavalcade fundraiser - $5,071.02; Medina County Fair fundraiser - $7.066.96
Music Director Report:
- Cavalcade – thank you to all volunteers
- 8th grade night – went well; many kids showed interest
- Revere Competition coming up – itinerary will be emailed
Fundraisers:
- Marching Band Trip – 58 people signed up for trip
- Sausage/cheese fundraiser this September – all online
- Dinner/Basket auction – November 13 at the Lafayette Methodist Church
Old Business:
- Cavalcade review- NHS students very helpful; need a 3rd liaison for the Press box; better gate control, better traffic control, parents need to help, not watch
- Football chaperones – no issues at this time
New Business:
- CMA needs to purchase new pop up tents for Cavalcade next year (either 10x10, 10x20)
- Elections in December 2021 for Vice President and Secretary
