Donna Ditch read the minutes from the May 11, 2009 meeting. Barb Vasil motioned to accept minutes, Chip Jenkins seconded.
Fair concessions; Danita Kindall discussed fair concessions; need volunteers; ok to sell earplugs.
Kathy Kindall read the treasurers report. Lora Fetzer motioned to accept report, Janet Jenkins seconded.
Fundraisers:
- Auction; Donations, flyer from what was auctioned off at Brunswick. Do it online?
- Donuts; Need help to coordinate with Barb
- Night at the races;
- Sticker order; Discuss at Executive Board meeting
Tent rental; Price new tent; Old one in bad shape.
Uniform committee; Update on design
Cavalcade; Program ads coming in already; program being updated; volunteers needed to work.
New Business:
- Need a fridge for summer camp for lunches
