7:15pm meeting called to order
Attendance: Paula Lindsay, Michele Cox, Sharon Rohm, Crystal James, Janet Jenkins, Kent Davis, Donna Ditch, Barb Vasil, Dave and Sylvia Anderson, Kim and Jeff Schreiber, Kathy Kindall, Dave Robbins, Joe and Lora Fetzer, Pat Icardi.
Meeting Minutes for November meeting read by Donna Ditch, motion to accept minutes given by Lora Fetzer, 2nded by Dave Robbins.
Financial Report: After some discussion about some of the line items on the report, and the correction of the 11/10 First Merit Kory Wiita donation (should read as $300, not $30), motion to accept financial report given by Lora Fetzer, 2nded by Dave Robbins.
Indoor Concessions:
- We still need volunteers to help with concessions. Please consider volunteering.
- Work the January 21, 2010 wrestling tri-meet; need volunteers for this.
- Sloppy Joes are still needed for every game.
- Discussed possibly purchasing caramel corn from a local company to sell at games.
Fundraisers:
- Cash Cow- still going well, almost gone. Discussed possibly purchasing additional books to sell. Thank you Dave!
- Scrip Card fundraiser- not doing anything with it at this time.
- Auction 2010- Need 3 people to assist, live auction March 20, 2010
Uniform update:
Design just about finalized. May be able to order the uniforms early in 2010 and wear them for Memorial Day.
New Business:
Nominating committee report given by Joe Fetzer:
- Vice President- Barb Vasil accepting the nomination for this position
- Treasurer- Kathy Kindall will work to transition the position to another person. Two people are accepting the nomination for this position; Paula Lindsay and Mary Yeager.
- Corresponding Secretary- Still actively seeking nominations for this position. Michele Cox accepting nomination for this position as appointed during the meeting.
