7:10pm Meeting called to order

Attendance:  Sharon Rohm, Pat Icardi, Donna Ditch, Glenda Hodges, Tricia Scott, Janet Jenkins, Crystal James, Kathy Kindall, Jeff Schreiber, Dave Robbins, Joe and Lora Fetzer, Nick Kacinari, Mr. C.

September meeting minutes were read by Donna Ditch. Motion to accept minutes given by Lora Fetzer, Dave Robbins seconded.

Financial Report: Uniform fund has approx $5,600; $3,874 made on this year’s Fair. Motion to accept financial report by Dave Robbins, Joe Fetzer seconded.

Mr. C updates:

10/17 Copley Perform 7:30 be here 3:30 guard 2:30 back by 9:30; do lunch at 4:30 for kids

10/18 Sunday for new school dedication need to be here at 1245

10/31 State perform 1pm

11/2 Band banquet

11/9 Preview pictures

Piano will be moving to choir; will be purchasing electric keyboard

Fundraisers:

Donuts – Due to the weather, had left over donuts from last week; serve to band this week; if any left over will sell them at cost to band parents.

Christmas Wreaths – Extending an extra week to 10/26; must sell 125 for reduced shipping.

Cookies for last home game – Need cookies for the last game; Glenda calling people; Janet sending email for volunteers

Cash Cow – Continuous sales; not a focused fundraiser; coupons good until June 30, 2010; sell at different events

Uniform design: Sample uniform in; still working on final design

Spaghetti dinner: pay dinner before band banquet; free desserts for after concert

Winter Concessions:  Sign up lists are out; please volunteer

Nominations for 2010: Corresponding Secretary; Treasurer; Vice President. Need nominating committee.
